Wood Apple is one of the favorite fruit in Sri Lanka, It has a sour ans sweet taste. Lassi is a yogurt drink and when you add a ripen wood apple fruit or wood apple cream it tastes too good. This wood apple lassi is a refreshing drink during summers.
- Curd - 300g
- Wood Apple Cream - 5 TBS
- Sugar - 3 TBS or to taste
- Salt - a pinh
- Ice Cubes - 30g
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
- You can substitute ripen fresh wood apple instead wood apple cream. Add water if you are using fresh fruit.
